A flat-price refresh for the homepage you already have.

If your current site looks dated on a phone, or your hours and contact info are buried two taps deep, this is the package. Same business, same content, cleaner layout, mobile-first. $500 flat, written scope, agreed before I start.

Who this is for

Right size, wrong shape.

The Refresh assumes you have a page that's roughly right. It's a layout job, not a rebrand.

This fits if

  • You already have a website, but it looks dated or breaks on a phone.
  • Your hours, services, or contact info are hard to find on the current page.
  • The content's mostly there, the layout's the problem.
  • You want a clean version of what you have, not a new identity.

Not the right fit if

  • You don't have a real website yet. That's the Starter Website.
  • You need menus, galleries, or several connected pages. Look at the Growth Website.
  • You need bespoke functionality (e-commerce, custom booking, integrations, full-stack apps). That's a Custom Build from $3,000.
What's included

What you get for $500.

Everything below is in writing before I start. Whatever's on the page when it goes live is what we agreed on.

  • One-page mobile-friendly homepage rebuilt from your current content. Loads in under two seconds on a phone.
  • Hours, services, and contact info above the fold. No scrolling to find what your customers came for.
  • A real contact path: map button, email link, and a tap-to-call number if you take them.
  • Local-search basics: clean title, meta description, schema markup, fast mobile layout.
  • One round of revisions after you see the preview, to tighten copy and details.
  • A 1-page handover note on launch day: what's where, how to update it, who to email if something breaks.

A Refresh is one page. New sections, additional pages, photo gallery layouts, or menu pages are bigger jobs and get a separate flat quote (or land in the Growth Website tier).

How it runs

From email to live.

Three steps. Speed depends on whether your copy and photos are ready or whether I'm writing them from scratch.

  1. 01

    Scope & sign-off

You email your current site and what feels off. I send back a flat $500 quote with the scope in writing. You approve.

  2. 02

    Build & preview

I rebuild the page on a private preview link. You get one round of revisions for copy and details.

  3. 03

    Launch

Site goes live at your domain. Local-search check, handover note, balance invoice. Done.

Pricing

Flat $500. No surprise charges.

$500

One-time, paid 50% deposit / 50% at launch via Stripe.

Whatever's on the page when it goes live is what we agreed on, in writing, before I started. If a request lands outside the scope, I tell you the price before I touch it.

The first concept is on me. If the design I send back isn't what you wanted, the deposit doesn't get cashed.

FAQ

Refresh-specific questions.

Will my site stay at the same web address?

Yes. The Refresh launches at your existing domain. No migration to a new URL, no SEO penalty from a domain change, no email forwarding to update.

Can you keep my existing copy and photos?

If they still represent your business, yes. I'll lift the parts that work, tighten the parts that don't, and tell you which photos need new ones. The Refresh is about a cleaner layout for the same business, not a new identity.

What if I want a totally different look?

Then it's probably a Starter Website rather than a Refresh. The Refresh assumes your current page is roughly right and the layout is the problem. If we'd be starting from a blank slate on copy, photos, and direction, the Starter at $900 is a better fit.

Will my Google ranking suffer during the change?

No. I keep your URL the same, preserve any existing meta titles and descriptions that were earning rankings, and improve mobile speed and structured data, both of which Google rewards. In practice, refreshes nudge rankings up, not down.

How long does a Refresh take?

Refreshes are done quickly. Speed depends on whether your copy and photos are ready or whether I'm rewriting copy and tracking down a logo. The actual timeline lands in your written quote.

Can I add Website Care after launch?

Yes. Website Care is $49/mo for hosting, SSL, weekly backups, security updates, and 30 minutes a month of small edits. Cancel anytime, no long contract.

Ready for a cleaner page?

Send a short email with your current site and what feels off. I'll write back within one business day with a plan or a flat-price quote.
